BiRYANI ---- An emotion

'BiRYANI'is not just a word it's an emotion for some.

Biryani is a mixed rice dish with its origin among the Muslims of the Indian subcontinent.
It is the layers of spices that give Biryani its complex flavour. It is often topped with caramelized onions , dried or fresh fruits , nuts and fresh  herbs.
HYDERABADI biryani is the most popular and well known in and outside India. This is the crown dish of the hyderabadi muslims.
there are two types of Hyderabadi biryani. Kacchi(raw
) biryani  uses raw marinated meat placed between layers of rice and then slow cooked ,resulting in juicy mutton/chicken. Hyderabadi biryani is generally believed to have originated in the kitchens of Nizam of hyderabad.
